History
In 1990, Bill Baldwin founded Baldwin Insurance & Bonding Agency with a focus on providing construction bonds to Texas based contractors. Since then, we’re proud to say that we’ve provided bonds to our clients for over a billion dollars of construction projects.

The agency has since grown to include commercial insurance, benefits, and Personal Insurance, but the expertise in the construction industry has remained and will continue to be a focus of the agency. We have a large and competent staff of insurance account managers, customer service representations, and agents. We have the staff and expertise to meet and exceed your expectations!
